Bryce's split seat-tube
Bryce asked for an urban fixie. He decided on the split seat-tube design despite the ultra short wheel base. It's not a bad choice as the drops I used are long and rear wheel can set back to a semi-comfortable 39.5cm
When the wheel is set all the way forward the tire is only 2mm clear of the bottom bracket shell.
Byrce also decided to order the frame raw, unpainted, polished it himself and had it powder coated clear with a matte finish so as to look permenently unpainted. |
